Our
goal is to bring Advanced Technology to our students providing the best
Supplemental Education Services. We
believe that: Practice makes Perfect. Genius is taught, not born. Self Confidence is built upon many
small successes, which leads to large successes. Education
has no shortcuts, everything that can be learned has an order. CBLPC
was started with the idea of teaching students with computers. Computer Aided
Instruction (CAI) has proven to be very effective for Supplemental Education
Services (SES). All of the SES that we provide for schools shows that
students would like to use computers more in learning. It also allows the
students to learn at their pace, not the pace determined by a school room
teacher. This makes CAI very effective for
SES as each student follows this simple plan. One, we place the student based upon their needs. Two, we provide assistance for concepts which are
unclear to the student after initial instruction. Three, we provide exercises to repeat the concept to
ensure that the student has a strong grasp on the information. Four, we build upon the information
that we just taught the student bringing their knowledge, capabilities, and
confidence up. By
following this plan students build a solid academic foundation. This not only
helps them in school, it will give them the confidence to try new things in
life. Our mission is to help the future leaders of this world be properly
equipped for the positions that they will hold later in their lives. |
